CreatorOrbit (“we”) is a creator control center. You connect social accounts, compose posts, go live, and manage inbox, studio, and brand tools. This policy explains what we collect and why.
Information we collect
- Account email and display name you register with.
- OAuth tokens and API keys you authorize so we can publish or go live on your behalf.
- Media you upload (video, photos, audio, thumbnails) for publishing.
- Posts, schedules, inbox threads, team invites, CRM contacts, deals, and other studio data you create.
- Billing status and purchase identifiers from Apple, Google, or Stripe when you subscribe to CreatorOrbit Pro.
- Content reports you submit from Inbox or Settings.
- Device diagnostic data if you use a build with crash reporting enabled.
How we use information
- To authenticate you and operate the app, website, and API.
- To publish or stream to the platforms you select.
- To show your library, calendar, inbox, insights, and earnings.
- To process subscriptions and restore purchases.
- To review reports of objectionable content and enforce our terms.
- To improve reliability and security.
Sharing
We send content and necessary metadata to the platforms you choose (YouTube, Meta, TikTok, Rumble, X, and others you connect). Payment processors (Apple, Google, Stripe) receive billing data required to complete a purchase. We do not sell your personal information.
Account deletion
You can delete your account in the app under Settings → Delete account, or email [email protected]. Deletion removes your account, posts, studio records, and stored platform tokens from our servers.
