Creator Orbit (“we”) helps creators connect social accounts and publish content. This policy explains what we collect and why.
Information we collect
- Account email and display name you register with.
- OAuth tokens and API keys you authorize so we can publish or go live on your behalf.
- Media you upload (video, photos, thumbnails) for publishing.
- Device push tokens if you enable notifications.
- Crash and diagnostic data if you use a build with crash reporting enabled.
How we use information
- To authenticate you and operate the app and API.
- To publish or stream to platforms you select.
- To notify you of publish success/failure or live session end when push is enabled.
- To improve reliability and security.
Sharing
We send content and necessary metadata to the platforms you choose (YouTube, Meta, TikTok, Rumble, X, etc.). We do not sell your personal information.
Retention
We keep account and publish records while your account is active. You can delete your account in the app under Settings → Delete account, or email support for help. Deletion removes your account, posts metadata, and stored platform tokens from our servers.
